They did a phenomenal job. They were able to remove grill and dirt stains from my patio. But the best was the results for my fence. The fence was a dark, dreary brown. After they washed it, the wood was a bright tan color, looking like new wood. The result was a brighter, warmer, more appealing backyard. And the flowerbeds, plants and grass were not affected by the solution/chemicals used. Every company should be using this approach. I can't recommend Louisiana Softwash Solutions enough. They were very professional, conscientious, and thorough. They explained everything beforehand and educated me on the product. Finally, exceptional value for the money and the outstanding results.
