They did a phenomenal job. They were able to remove grill and dirt stains from my patio. But the best was the results for my fence. The fence was a dark, dreary brown. After they washed it, the wood was a bright tan color, looking like new wood. The result was a brighter, warmer, more appealing backyard. And the flowerbeds, plants and grass were not affected by the solution/chemicals used. Every company should be using this approach. I can't recommend Louisiana Softwash Solutions enough. They were very professional, conscientious, and thorough. They explained everything beforehand and educated me on the product. Finally, exceptional value for the money and the outstanding results.

Luisiana Softwash Solutions did an incredible job on our home. We had some bushes removed from the side of our house, showing all the dirt and algae. James was able to remove it all and make our house look like it got a fresh coat of paint! The back patio pavers and covered areas are free from dust and cobwebs too! These guys did a great job on what was a pretty ugly roof, with discoloration and even moss. Was concerned about plantings around the house, but they had one guy on the ground spraying plants while other worked the roof. The result: no damage. Definitely would recommend.
